Nissin Cup Noodles (Shrimp) are built around instant wheat noodles made with wheat flour, palm oil, and salt, flash-fried to achieve fast rehydration. The seasoning packet/broth base typically contains shrimp, shrimp powder, and/or fish-derived flavorings, supported by salt, sugar, soy sauce powder, and yeast extract for umami. Dehydrated vegetables such as corn, carrot, and green onion are included for texture and color. Additional spices, natural and artificial flavors, and mild chili components round out the shrimp profile.
To stabilize flavor and shelf life, small amounts of hydrolyzed proteins, antioxidants, and preservatives may be present, and seasoning oil can be added for fat and aroma.
