Workplace Grocery Delivery Options
Your delivery address does not have to be a home. You can also schedule delivery to a workplace, office, or approved business location within your reserved delivery window.
This option is designed for professionals who want groceries handled during the workday and taken home at the end of the day — without adding another errand.

Workplace Delivery Requirements
Workplace delivery is available with clear receiving and handling standards:
-
A recipient must be available during the scheduled window to accept the order.
-
Deliveries cannot be left unattended in lobbies, hallways, or unsecured common areas.
-
Refrigerated and frozen items must be transferred to cold storage as soon as possible.
-
Provide complete delivery instructions (building, suite, access, and a contact name/phone).
This is a professional service model. If these requirements cannot be met, schedule delivery to a residential address instead.
Cold-Chain Standards
Shopping typically occurs within 24 hours of your delivery window to protect freshness. Insulated transport methods are used during delivery; once the order is received, temperature control becomes the recipient’s responsibility.
Heated or hot-prepared items are not eligible for workplace delivery due to food safety risk.
Optional Insulated Bag Rotation Program
For workplace deliveries, an insulated bag rotation program is available for refrigerated, frozen, and (seasonally) dry goods. All refrigerated and frozen items are transported and handled within established safe cold-chain temperature standards year-round.
Commercial-grade insulated bags are used to maintain temperature stability during transport and short-term holding. Cooling inserts are utilized as needed to preserve product integrity and ensure continuous temperature protection.

Multi-Bag Rotation
Depending on order size and item types, your account may use:
-
A two-bag rotation (basic), or
-
A four-bag rotation for separation of cold-chain items and dry goods
Example four-bag structure:
-
Cold Bag A / Cold Bag B (refrigerated & frozen)
-
Dry Bag A / Dry Bag B (non-refrigerated)
Bag Accountability and Replacement Fee
Rotation bags must be available for pickup at the next scheduled delivery.
If a bag is not available for pickup, a replacement bag will be introduced and charged to the client. The rotation continues with the newly assigned bag.
A Path to Coordinated Workplace Pickup
As workplace participation grows, a single location can move from individual deliveries to coordinated end-of-day pickup windows. This is introduced only when demand supports it and where the location permits it.
Ready to Schedule Workplace Delivery?
Schedule your delivery window, then choose Home or Workplace as your delivery location. If you want the insulated bag program, select it during checkout/intake so the proper rotation can be assigned.
