Service Description

Before your first delivery, we complete a brief onboarding call to confirm address details, delivery preferences, and how you want groceries handled. Once set up, you can place orders as needed without further interruptions. We’ll cover delivery access instructions, drop-off vs hand-off preferences, storage conditions, typical order patterns, frequency, and payment. The goal is to make fulfillment accurate and smooth from day one.


Cancellation Policy

Please be available at your scheduled time. If you need to reschedule, simply update your appointment through the confirmation email.
