Whether you're starting a grocery business, evaluating the Co-Op Shopper Retail Platform, or exploring Smart Portions™ and Grocery Bundles, this 10–15 minute Discovery Call is designed to answer your questions and recommend the best next steps. We'll discuss your business goals, available solutions, startup considerations, and how Co-Op Shopper can help you move forward with confidence. Your $49 session includes a $25 credit toward eligible Co-Op Shopper services when used within 45 days.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Discovery Calls are 15–20 minute paid appointments. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Rescheduling You may reschedule your Discovery Call with at least 12 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations & Refunds Discovery Call fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, please reschedule within the permitted rescheduling period. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Because appointments are scheduled within a limited time window, arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your call. Missed appointments are not refundable. What the Call Includes The Discovery Call is an introductory conversation intended to help clarify your business idea, answer general questions, and identify an appropriate next step. It does not include detailed business planning, website development, custom research, or a written implementation plan. Service Credit If your Discovery Call includes a promotional credit toward future Co-Op Shopper services, the credit is subject to the terms and expiration period stated with the offer and has no cash value.
