Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Retail Platform Strategy Sessions are focused working sessions designed to review your business model, operational goals, and advanced platform configuration options. Your scheduled session time is reserved specifically for you. Please review the following policies before booking. Session Fee The $149 session fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. If you move forward with an Retail Platform setup, the $149 fee will be applied toward your setup cost. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other appointments. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Consultation Scope This session is intended to review: • Operational structure • Split-item workflow options • Inventory and storage considerations • Pricing flexibility • Platform recommendations • Advanced Platform fit and planning This is not a general technical support session or custom development session. Final Pricing Retail Platform pricing varies based on operational complexity and configuration requirements. Final setup pricing is provided after the strategy session.
