Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Business Strategy Sessions are 45–60 minute paid working sessions. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations & Refunds Strategy Session fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, please reschedule within the permitted rescheduling period. Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival may reduce the amount of working time available. Missed appointments are non-refundable and require a new booking. Preparing for Your Session Please provide requested business information before your appointment when applicable. The more information available in advance, the more effectively the session can focus on your business model, platform, products, operations, pricing, and next steps. What the Session Includes Your Strategy Session includes a 45–60 minute working session focused on your business opportunity and a personalized next-step plan based on the topics discussed. Recommendations are intended as business planning and implementation guidance. The session does not guarantee specific business, financial, sales, or operational results. Service Credit Your $125 Co-Op Shopper service credit may be applied toward eligible future Co-Op Shopper services when used within 45 days of your Strategy Session. The credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotional credits unless specifically authorized.
