Co-Op Shopper Website Setup

Four Easy Steps to Get You Up-and-Running

Let's Get Acquainted

Step 1

  • Complete the pre-consultation form a minimum of two days before scheduling your free phone session.

  • Sending a list of questions/concerns in advance of the phone consultation helps expedite our meeting and gives me a better understanding of your goals.

  • Make sure you feel comfortable working with an online store. Stores are built on a Wix platform which is easy to use and includes plenty of training videos.

  • Be sure the Costco you will shop at has a good Internet connection as this will be frustrating if not.

Step 2

  • Moving forward requires a one-third deposit of the setup fee.

  • Within one business day of payment, I send you your store's template for review based on the information you have provided to me. You will need to sign up for a free Wix account to receive the template. Your store has current Costco in-store pricing based primarily on Costcos near the Salt Lake City area. Store pricing in the contiguous United States is all very close. Access to your website dashboard includes the "Store Manager" level.

  • I will email you a link to my product pricing database (Google Sheets) with an explanation of how it works. This requires you to have an account set up with Google.

  • To help better understand the workings of Wix stores, these video tutorials will help.

Set Your Pricing - Let's Talk

Step 3

  • A one-on-one Zoom video conference will show you my progress in setting up your store.

  • If you prefer to set your pricing as opposed to using in-store pricing, I will need that percentage profit on all items that you would like.

  • Upon your review and approval, the second portion of the setup fee is required.

  • After payment, I will then adjust pricing on my master template (you retain your store template to learn its workings).

  • You will be given a projected completion date for your store. Most stores, depending on complexity, are completed within 2-3 weeks of the start date.

Step 4

  • A final one-on-one Zoom video meeting to review your finished store. Your completed store will be sent to you two days before our scheduled meeting for your review.

  • Discussion on your store setup and further assistance in marketing and how you would like to move forward in the future.

  • Upon final payment, your store is connected to the payment processor you choose (PayPal, Square, or Wix).

  • The setup includes a free domain that will be connected to your store. I will set up the domain purchase through Wix using the domain you have chosen. Domains, if for whatever reason you leave Co-Op Shopper will be transferred back to you.

  • Within seven days of website completion, a hosting plan needs to be selected.
