Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment: The $149 Strategy Session must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your session time. This session is a dedicated working block and is not held without payment. Application Toward Launch: Your $149 session fee is fully applied toward your $499 Launch & Thrive setup if you choose to move forward. This ensures your initial investment goes directly toward building your business. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session and require a new booking. Cancellations & Refunds: Due to the nature of this session as a working planning session: All bookings are non-refundable once scheduled If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule within the allowed timeframe No-shows or missed sessions without notice are forfeited. Session Expectations This is a structured working session—not a general consultation. You should come prepared to: Make decisions about your service model and pricing Define your service area and operational approach The goal is to leave with a clear, actionable plan for your business. Scope of Session: This session is focused specifically on: Grocery business structure using the Co-Op Shopper system Platform setup planning and launch readiness It Does Not Include: Custom development work Ongoing consulting beyond the scheduled session Please be available at your scheduled time.
